Our Expertise

CR Automation has a multi-disciplined engineering team of electrical and mechanical designers who design solutions which comply with NZ standards including the AS/NZS4024 (machine safety).  We also have TÜV Nord Certified Machine Safety Experts (CSME) who provide machine safety assessments and validation of safety systems.  Our team can also design, install and commission machine safety systems designed and installed to AS/NZS4024, AS60204, IEC62061, IEC61508, ISO13849-1 and 2.

Our qualified automation engineers can engineer complete solutions through the lifecycle of design, functional description, software development, acceptance testing and commissioning. CR Automation is a market leader in post-harvest fruit handling systems and has developed a range of products including produce infeed, washers, water filtration systems and end of line palletising.  In addition, the team at CR Automation have a wide range of industry experience having completed projects in wine, dairy, food & beverage, material-handling, timber, water infrastructure and general manufacturing throughout New Zealand and abroad.
